Kennedy Jr.'s campaign to remake vaccine policy in the U.S., saying the Trump administration had likely violated the law in reconstituting a key vaccine advisory panel and changing the childhood vaccine schedule.    The decision, though not final, is a blow to the Trump administration's overhaul of the nation's vaccine policies — even as its reform agenda remains in progress.
